How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Australia, Japan & China will be shipped by AUSpost or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping for orders over $75 to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships which will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. You can track your package through Auspost tracking.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled within 48 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Anime Shop - Anime Fan Merchandise (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

this bunnysuit is SO LOVELY, wonderful construction, exactly as the pictures show it, and comes with everything in the images too. I do have to mention, that if you're a D cup or above, it'll be VERY hard to fit your chest into the suit without it falling down, but i'm assuming you can just use the clear straps they provided (i've yet to test it out) there are cups in the top of the suit so you can wear it without a bra, and a zip at the back. all the ruffles are ADORABLE, and the bunny ears are fluffy, and soft with wire in them so you can pose them however you want. everything has velcro too, so it's very easy to put on. Overall, this is a top quality cosplay, and well worth the price!

It arrived really fast, I was amazed with that. It comes all the items in the suit including the fish nets and some transparent bra straps. The quality of the suit in terms of fabric is good and well stitched. I only wish the transparent straps were more strong cause they can't hold my breasts very well. I also wished the suit was more supportive in the breast area, it only has some small triangular padding and in my case the side boob shows to much I need to see If I can fix it wearing or attaching some kind of backless bra. Other than that my only complaint is with the arm thingys that are too small, and almost can't close them. The rest it's okay. I really loved the bunny ears, they are really well made and super cute and fluffy. And I say the same for the bow! The apron fits me perfectly as well as the other accessories. For the price, quality and the rarity of finding a good bunny rem and ram cosplay, I recommend you buy this one ^^
