Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships which will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. You can track your package through Auspost tracking.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be canceled within 48 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

парик очень приятный на ощупь, лезет, но в целом сойдет. отправили быстро, в иркутскую область дошел за 2 недели. длинная челка, думаю это хорошо, т.к. можно подогнать под себя. очееень длинный; каноничные прядки спереди неочень густые, думаю придется обрезать какую то часть длинных волос, чтоб норм смотрелось. в целом довольна, большое спасибо~

1,000% love this companies wigs would die for this company the owner is just the biggest sweet heart and I appreciate the good luck charm. based on how tiny my face is im unsurprised I had to cut the bangs slightly by less than an inch but the wefting on this wig is thick and really hard to tangle. love that it's heat resistant. great for long day cons!!

Just like the pictures! The color is perfect, the thickness is very good. The "blank" spot seen in the pictures is more due to the bentness of the wigcap and not so much due to the lack of fiber in the wig. The first time I brushed it it shed a bit wich was expected for a wig that lenght but nothing extraordinary. It's easy to brush and didn't come fried neither becomes fried when brushed. The bangs are like seen in the pictures. I'm really happy with this purchase and just like the other wigs I ordered from this store the quality is amazing. Will defenitly order from them again!

I wish I had taken pictures when I wore it :’) but it’s the perfect colour and length for Zero two. Does not come with headband/horns but that’s okay as I’d already made those by hand.
